Shipping Methods

We provide 2 shipping options to cater to different preferences and needs:

- Economy Shipping: 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday)
- UPS Ground Shipping: 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday)

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as location, customs processing, and unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing

Remedy Swim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed. However, for added peace of mind, we offer Route Shipping Protection at checkout. Route Shipping Protection provides coverage for lost, damaged, or stolen packages during transit. If you purchase Route Shipping Protection and your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, you can file a claim directly with Route by following the instructions provided in your shipping confirmation email or by visiting their website at https://claims.route.com/.

ROUTE SHIPPING PROTECTION DISCLAIMER

We take full responsibility for your products when they are in our care. The shipping courier is 100% responsible once your package is dispatched & we do not control the method in which your items are delivered.

If shipping protection is not purchased, any lost, damaged, or stolen packages must be filed directly with the carrier.

Shipping Costs
