No order is eligible for a return, if your items arrives with defects you can contact us at info@remedyswim.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us with 72 hours from your delivery date. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not allow exchanges, again ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Failed Delivery Attempts
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order. In the event of a failed delivery attempt, customers should promptly contact us at info@remedyswim.com to resolve the issue and provide any necessary information to facilitate successful delivery.
If the initial delivery attempt fails due to incorrect or incomplete address information, Remedy Swim will work with the customer to verify the address details and update them as needed to ensure successful delivery.
In the case of a failed delivery attempt, Remedy Swim will initiate appropriate steps to rectify the situation and ensure a successful delivery. Remedy Swim will make reasonable efforts to re-attempt delivery following a failed attempt. After 2 re-delivery attempts the customer is responsible for covering the postage for redelivery for the 2nd attempt.
Customers should cooperate by promptly responding to communication regarding failed delivery attempts. This may involve confirming address details, providing alternative delivery instructions, or arranging for a suitable delivery time.
If the customer is available and the address details are accurate, Remedy Swim will schedule a re-delivery attempt at a mutually convenient time.
In cases where redelivery attempts are unsuccessful, customers may be provided with options with the carrier to collect the package from a designated pick-up point, if available.
If all attempts to deliver are unsuccessful and alternative arrangements cannot be made, Remedy Swim will initiate the process for returning the product to the sender or refunding the customer, as per the company's refund and return policy once the product is received.
